C & U stud machine for many sizes 1006

In modern society, the building is made in many new forms, so the building purlins are designed in many types and sizes. But those special sizes are not popular in all and the production rate is not so high. Meanwhile the factory does not want to spend too much cost on those drawing profiles, they want to use one for all type stud and track profiles. Base on this demand, our company developed new type One C & U stud machine for many sizes.

By this type of machine, you just need to adjust some spacers or rollers and then you can make many different sizes and type profiles. Taking the following drawing profiles for example, all those could be made by one machine.

From appearance, all those drawing profiles are different and then we can find some principle.

Hydraulic Station	Hydraulic motor Power: 5.5kw Hydraulic oil: 46# Components: The system includes a set of hydraulic tank, a set of hydraulic oil pump, and two hydraulic pipes. And three sets: one is for punching hole; one is for printing words and one for cutting. Sets of electromagnetism valves.
Electric Control System	Feature: 1. Adopted PLC, transducer, touch panel from Delta Taiwan to ensure high speed with stability, precision and lifetime. 2.Other electric element are Delta 3. Equipped with movable switch, air break, radiator, transformer & electric leakage protector for operation convenience and safety.
