The reasons why some profiles are not suitable for the 2 in 1 double production roll forming machine
The drywall channel partition joist roll forming machine, As the machine C stud and U track channel roll forming machine are popular in 2016 year. For example, the 50 C channel and 50 U channel, the 75 C channel and the 75 U channel, the 100 C channel and 100 U channel profile machines. They can be designed as one separate machine, and double production 2 in 1 machines. The double production 2 in 1 machines are very popular in 2016.

For the ceiling channel roll forming machine too, the double production 2 in 1 machines are popular too. For example, the 60x27 ,27x28 profile machine. It can be deigned as the separate machines, and can be designed as one machine with one shaft with 2 sets of molds and the double production machine lines.

Today a customer inquiry a shutter door and the U guide roll forming machines, they want a U guide and the shutter door machine double production line 2 in 1 machine. After i checked with our engineer , we told him that the double production line are not suitable for U guide and the shutter door profiles. Not all the profiles and suitable for the 2 in 1 double production lines.
Below are the reason why Not all the profiles and suitable for the 2 in 1 double production lines.
(1)The 2 in 1 double production line is suitable for the profile which is with the thin thickness and with small quantity steps stations. So the double production lines are not so big, and convenient to load and unload into the container.
(2)The shutter door profile thickness is about 0.8 mm while the U guide profile thickness is about 2.0mm. So with different thickness, the two machines length are not same.

What profiles are suitable for the double production 2 in 1 machine lines?
For example, the 60x27 27x28 profile, the thickness is 0.3 mm of both profiles, and both separate machines are small, so it is nice to have the two small machines together to form a double production line to save the space.
The other side, the 60x27 27x28 profiles are near, and both separate machines are similar.
